Clinical Psychology Service
The Clinical Psychology Service is dedicated to humanizing care and improving the quality of life for patients, their families, and healthcare professionals. This is achieved through an integrated, interdisciplinary approach. The primary objective is to provide comprehensive support to these groups throughout the entire hospitalization period.
The service collaborates closely with various specialist teams within the hospital and maintains an ongoing presence in specific departments identified as critical areas or specialized units.
In addition, the Clinical Psychology Service offers outpatient care, including psychotherapy, neuropsychological evaluations, and psychodiagnostic assessments.
Outpatient Services
Access to the Psychotherapy Clinic begins with an initial consultation, which must be scheduled by calling the Central Booking Office (CUP) at 0882 416.888. Patients are required to present a referral from a primary care physician or specialist indicating “Initial Psychological Consultation.” Follow-up appointments are arranged directly with the psychologist.
Similarly, appointments for neuropsychological evaluations must be booked with a referral from a primary care physician or specialist.
