The cystoscopy clinic is a key component of the Endo-Urology outpatient services, providing diagnostics for suspected bladder cancer, stent removal under local anesthesia, and follow-up monitoring of patients with a history of lower urinary tract neoplasms.
The clinic also supports post-surgical patients, offering wound care, follow-up ultrasounds, catheter or suprapubic tube replacements, voiding trials, urethral calibrations, and ureteral stent replacements for patients with urinary diversions.

The Andrological Rehabilitation Clinic specializes in managing patients who have undergone major urological surgeries, such as radical cystoprostatectomy or radical prostatectomy, by guiding them through a structured rehabilitation process focused on the early recovery of sexual function.
The clinic emphasizes patient education on the use of pharmacological and mechanical aids (e.g., vacuum devices, intracavernosal pharmacostimulation, etc.) while monitoring progress over time to assess recovery outcomes.

The clinic’s primary goals are:
-       To restore physiological blood flow to the corpora cavernosa as quickly as possible

-       To reestablish erectile function

The Urinary Continence Care Center serves as a specialized hub for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients experiencing urinary incontinence, including both stress and effort-related conditions.
The center leverages cutting-edge equipment to conduct urodynamic testing, a diagnostic procedure designed to comprehensively evaluate the functionality of the lower urinary tract (bladder and urethra) during both the filling and voiding phases.

This center integrates the Urological Rehabilitation Clinic, which, along with the Andrological Rehabilitation Clinic, completes the pathway of rehabilitative therapies for patients who have undergone major urological surgeries. These procedures often result in alterations to pelvic anatomy, leading to challenges with urinary continence.
The center is staffed by highly trained professionals specializing in advanced and effective pelvic floor physiokinesiotherapy. Their goal is to educate patients on optimal muscle use and closely monitor their progress throughout the rehabilitation process. The primary aim is to restore urinary continence by promoting conscious control of abdominal and pelvic diaphragm muscles, ultimately improving patients’ quality of life following surgery.

The Uro-Oncology Outpatient Clinic is a center of excellence for the care of patients diagnosed with malignancies of the male and female urogenital system. This specialized clinic is supported by a team of experts who provide diagnostic services, treatment, and long-term monitoring for urogenital cancers, strictly adhering to the latest European guidelines.
Prostate cancer diagnostics include the use of transperineal and transrectal prostate biopsies performed with state-of-the-art FUSION technology (Trinity software, KOELIS).

The clinic also offers weekly intravesical instillation therapy programs for bladder cancer, utilizing chemotherapeutic agents (mitomycin) and immunotherapeutics (BCG) in line with the most current, evidence-based, and patient-centered protocols.

Additionally, the clinic benefits from a comprehensive multidisciplinary team that convenes weekly to discuss all clinical cases. The Urinary Stone Disease Outpatient Clinic is a pivotal center for the diagnosis and management of patients with urinary calculi, as well as for those who have undergone endoscopic or surgical stone removal procedures.
Postoperative patients are meticulously monitored and clinically assessed to guide necessary lifestyle adjustments. These modifications are designed to minimize environmental risk factors, such as dietary habits and lifestyle choices, which significantly contribute to the recurrence of urinary stones.

The Urology Complex Operative Unit (C.O.U.) is supported by an expert team specializing in the endoscopic management of urinary stones. The center employs state-of-the-art equipment, including high-precision and high-power lithotripsy lasers such as Tullium and Holmium (Cyber HO 150W Quanta System, Tullium 150W, Trilogy Lithoclast ballistic ultrasonic aspirator).
The center also performs advanced minimally invasive kidney surgeries, including mini-percutaneous nephrolithotomy (mini-PCNL), and endoscopic lithotripsy using flexible instruments (RIRS) to remove large staghorn calculi from the kidneys.
For patients with smaller kidney stones or those who cannot or prefer not to undergo surgical procedures, extracorporeal shockwave lithotripsy (ESWL) is available as a Day Service option.
Post-surgical patients are closely monitored through the Urinary Stone Disease Outpatient Clinic to ensure optimal recovery and ongoing management.

The Urology C.O.U. features a dual-console Da Vinci robotic system in a dedicated operating room and a team of highly experienced nurses and urologists specializing in robotic surgery. This team has accumulated years of expertise in this cutting-edge field.

Robotic minimally invasive surgery enables a comprehensive range of uro-oncological procedures while minimizing damage to unaffected anatomical structures and preserving the physiological function of the involved systems whenever feasible.

The following procedures are performed: Radical prostatectomy (RARP) with nerve-sparing techniques, with or without iliac-obturator lymphadenectomy; Radical cystoprostatectomy with ureterocutaneostomy or orthotopic ileal neobladder reconstruction; Partial nephrectomy (RAPN) with or without renal artery clamping; Radical or "simple" nephrectomy (RARN); Surgical correction of common anatomical abnormalities, such as pelvic organ prolapse (bladder, uterus, etc.), renal cysts, ureteropelvic junction obstruction, or staghorn calculi, using procedures such as colposacropexy or colpoplasty, renal cyst marsupialization, pyeloplasty, and pyelolithotomy

In addition to traditional endoscopic decompression surgery (TURP) for patients with benign prostatic obstruction (BPO), the C.O.U. is equipped with advanced laser enucleation technologies for prostatic adenoma removal. These include Holmium and Tullium lasers (HoLEP with Cyber HO 150W Quanta System, TuLEP with Tullium 150W), which allow precise dissection along the gland's anatomical planes and effective diathermocoagulation, drastically reducing intraoperative and postoperative complications.

For younger patients or those prioritizing the preservation of sexual function, the center offers UroLift, a minimally invasive procedure. UroLift avoids altering the anatomy of the lower urinary tract by mechanically improving urinary flow while fully preserving the prostate gland's physiological function, including ejaculation. UroLift is an ideal option for patients—young and old—seeking to avoid surgical risks and complications, who are intolerant to standard therapy with alpha-blockers or 5-alpha-reductase inhibitors, or who wish to maintain their sexual function with ejaculatory preservation.

The same expert team also performs urogynecological surgeries to restore functional anatomy in the pelvic and perineal regions and to reestablish urinary continence in women.
